Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FitIQ (the "App"), operated by Metellus Productions ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using FitIQ, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

1. The service

FitIQ provides AI-powered physique scanning, AI-generated workout plans, photo-based nutrition tracking, and progress features. All scores, body-fat estimates, calorie and macro figures, and recommendations are estimates for general fitness purposes — they are not medical, diagnostic, or laboratory-grade measurements.

2. Health & fitness disclaimer

FitIQ is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a health condition or injury. You are solely responsible for exercising within your ability and assume all risks associated with physical activity. We make no guarantee of any specific result.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use FitIQ.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You can delete your account at any time in the App under Settings → Delete Account.

5. Subscriptions & billing

  • FitIQ is free to download. Some features require a paid subscription.
  • Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • Prices may change; we will provide notice where required.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the App.
  • Upload photos of other people without their consent, or any unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

7. AI-generated content

FitIQ uses AI to analyze photos and generate plans. AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. Use your own judgment, and don't rely on the App as a substitute for professional advice.

8. Intellectual property

The App and its content are owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FitIQ for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FitIQ.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
