How do I cancel my subscription?+

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → FitIQ → Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account?+

In the app, open Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all your data. You can also email us and we'll take care of it.

How accurate are the scans?+

FitIQ's physique and food scans are AI estimates designed to track trends over time — not medical or lab-grade measurements. Consistent lighting and pose (for physique) and clear photos (for food) make your week-over-week numbers more meaningful.

The camera or scan isn't working.+

Make sure FitIQ has camera permission (iOS Settings → FitIQ → Camera) and that you're connected to the internet — scans are processed in the cloud. If it keeps happening, email us with your device model.

Can I use FitIQ without a gym?+

Yes. Pick 'Dumbbells' or 'Bodyweight' when generating a workout and FitIQ tailors every session to the equipment you have.
